Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Cube sweet potato and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet.
Roast for 15 minutes, then add broccoli florets. Roast another 15 minutes.
Season salmon with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet. Sear salmon skin-side up for 3 minutes.
Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until desired doneness.
Serve salmon over vegetables with lemon wedges and fresh dill.
