Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease two ramekins.
Melt chocolate and butter together in a double boiler or microwave.
Whisk eggs and sugar until thick and pale. Add vanilla.
Fold in melted chocolate mixture. Gently fold in flour.
Pour into ramekins. Bake for 12-14 minutes (edges set, center jiggly).
Let cool 1 minute. Run a knife around edges and invert onto plates.
Serve immediately with a dusting of powdered sugar.
